This kit is suitable if you need more parts to build a model or to perform experiments in schools. Technique: The SM330 solar cell with a voltage of 0.5 V provides a current of 330 mA (max). A high-quality solar cell with high efficiency is mounted on a durable base plate. This prevents the cells from breaking. For easier installation, the SM330 solar module contains 2 screw terminals with which it can be very easily connected to the RF300 solar motor. With the proven RF300 solar motor, you can easily set the model in motion. The solar motor and solar cell thus form the optimal combination that ensures the best functionality. This set is complemented by propellers with a diameter of 9.5 cm. Tip: Required lighting conditions: in dark or poorly lit areas or with light sources such as neon tubes and energy-saving light bulbs, each solar cell generates very little current and the motor cannot move because the power supplied is too low. However, as soon as the solar cell illuminates the sunlight or halogen light, the solar cell begins to generate enough current for continuous movement. The model can also be operated with a flashlight, but the flashlight must be placed close to the solar cell. It is better to have a halogen lamp or be in the sun.

The solar cell SM80L is 0.5 V and delivers 100 mA (max). Of course you will receive only crystalline solar cell material with a high degree of efficiency, which is on a stable base plate cast. A break in the cells in the processing is therefore excluded. The solar cell SM80L has 2 solder pads on which the solar motor directly soldered. An illustrated soldering instructions attached to the set and makes the soldering is thus very easy. With the proven solar motor RF300 is your model easily in motion. Solar motor and solar cell thus form an optimal combination for best functionality. The Propeller with 9.5 cm supplements the set perfectly.
