Automatic voltage stabilizer AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulation) is used to automatically adjust the voltage supplied to the stabilizer input. Its typical application is stabilization of the supply voltage between the power generator and the receiver powered by 230VAC. The stabilizer automatically lowers too high and raises too low voltage to the correct level. If the voltage increases constantly and exceeds the safe value, the stabilizer disconnects the device from the network, thus protecting the receiver from damage.

The stabilizer combines two devices :

voltage regulator
surge protector

AVR will protect computers, peripherals and other electronic devices against an increase or decrease in power supply voltage. Suppresses interference introduced into the mains by other devices.
