The MAC97A8,412 is a 3-pin planar passivated very sensitive gate 4-quadrant Triac, intended to be interfaced directly to microcontrollers, logic integrated circuits and other low power gate trigger circuits. Planar passivated for voltage ruggedness and reliability.
